Launch Trampoline Park Herndon

This is one of the better maintained trampoline parks I. The area. I appreciate w that they have continued to update and add things and the adult lounge is absolutely one of the better changes they have made. I am in here regularly with my kid and his friends so having a designated area that is not as loud that allows me to get some work done or take a call without much background noise is a god send. Karen Bolinsli and the rest of the staff are always great.

Very nice place for kids. It has separated areas, dinning are Archade, events area, and the trampoline area. The events check in is separated from the general check in. However the line of the regular check in can be so slow as one person only is working when I came. Employees are nice and there are many around the areas watching the kids, which is something I didn't see in many trampoline parks

Beware before you pay. Be sure to check out the total. In our case, the visit of 4 people to access the trampoline jump area was purchased. When my wife swiped the card, she accidentally hit cancel. Later she found that the initial total was 138.xx $s but after she cancelled the total was rolled back to 115.50. seems like the person at register added 20% gratuity, which they took off. Appears shady, I hope it does not happen to other hard working parents.

Great place for a birthday party. We had our son’s 7th birthday at this location. The staff is nice and does a very good job with the lead up to the party, the trampoline part and the actual pizza/cake in the party room. A+ experience for those deliverables. The go-kart track is a different story. It is nice concept and is fine for the most part. However, certain staff members that work the go-kart track are absolutely brutal. They move slower than a snail, act like they don’t want to be there and drag out the experience much longer than it needs to be. I do not expect them to be super cheerful and energetic, but when kids get spun out they shouldn’t just sit on their butts and stare for over 30 seconds before going to help the kid straighten their car out or get going again. I have never seen humans move so slow. This wasn’t only my observation but that of 15+ parents in attendance on multiple occasions. As a result, the entire experience takes much longer than it should. Asking kids to be patient is fine. But move with a sense of urgency, show some attention during the race and be efficient. It isn’t asking too much considering the price that they ask customers to pay.

Karen, the general manager, at Launch Herndon was absolutely wonderful! She explained all the packages available in great detail, and answered all my questions. She was always available and ready to help with all the changes I had to make for my event. Our party host was checking in with me constantly and ensuring all the kiddos and parents were having a great time!
